Butterfree
No matter how you put it, a butterfly-based Pokémon is always cute. The Butterfree is an insect Pokémon that can be easily captured. It takes a while before it becomes a powerful Pokémon, but with diligent training, and fighting it with Pokémons, which have a distinct disadvantage against insect Pokémons, it can develop fast.
