8. Once you’re all healed, do some bridge exercise
The bridge exercise, also known as the butt lift exercise, is one of the many exercises you can use to decrease the size of your belly. Apart from the belly, this exercise also tones your bottom, and thighs. This can be done on your bed or any steady surface.
To do this, lie down on your back, with your arms resting at your sides. Bend your knees less than halfway into your torso. Take a deep breath until you feel your belly button sink in. Afterwards, exhale as you slowly lift your bottom so that your knees and torso are aligned in a single line. Slowly inhale, and as you exhale again, slowly resume your first position. Repeat this exercise for at least ten times in a day.
