Desert Rain Frog
The world’s cutest frog is this small, puffy, short-limbed frog with eyes bulging out of its head. They have flanges on their hind feet to dig backwards into the sand. These nocturnal cuties dwell and burrow itself in a narrow strip of desert shores where it is moist and cool. At night, they feed on different insects and even their larvae. They are a vulnerable species threatened by loss of habitat due to road construction and opencast diamond mining.
