6. Exercise your pelvic floor muscles
Your pelvic floor muscles are one of the most affected areas before and after birth. You can feel these “squeeze” when you try to stop urine from flowing. They get stretched during pregnancy because of the increasing weight of your baby, so it is necessary to do a few squeezing exercises to help them get back in shape. You can repeat this simple routine at any time of the day and as often as you can before your muscles get tired.
